Ask me anything   Anouk. Born in Miami. Haitian. Living in NYC. Have many different moods, which is why I never really know how to describe myself. Think I’m a little bit out of the ordinary. Narcissism is the worst. Music takes over for me when words and my thoughts become superfluous. I’m too nice and too giving to others. A little shy, but more observant than anything. When I'm comfortable with people, I can talk forever about everything, and nothing at all. I love conversations and learning about people. Not just the typical about them, but the depth. People always tell me I’m “different”. I never know if that’s good or bad, but I still take it as good. Learning to be less pessimistic. It’s really hard. Love art, and everything that makes me think. Philosophy is one of my favorite subjects. I love debating with people, just to learn different things. I don’t deal with my emotions. A lot of people say I’m a lot like a guy in that sense. I have a passion for photography. And art. And history. And learning. My favorite thing to do is to walk and take pictures on a rainy day. Or talk to my grandparents about the past I sometimes wish I could’ve experienced. Slowly learning not to care what others have to say because my happiness is dependent on me. Kenya will soon see me. So will Egypt. And Morocco. Negativity displeases me. Aesthetics drive me. Life suits me.
